1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.3 Registration Requirements

• Sharing account credentials with any third party for the purpose of collective play on a single account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any td9999 software or system.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, td9999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all winnings associated with the prohibited activity, and permanently ban the Player from the platform without further notice or obligation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the td9999 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, written content, odds data, and software — is the intellectual property of td9999 or its licensed third-party providers. No content from the td9999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of td9999.

The td9999 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered trademarks of td9999.bet. Use of these marks in any context not expressly authorised by td9999 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game graphics, animations, and software provided by third-party game providers on td9999 remain the intellectual property of those providers and are subject to their own copyright protections. td9999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its games for personal recreational purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td9999's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

td9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions, or loss of expected winnings arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.

td9999 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure arises from circumstances beyond td9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to: power failures, internet outages, actions of Pakistani telecommunications regulators, natural disasters, civil unrest, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

12. Responsible Gaming

td9999 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All players are encouraged to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on the time and money they spend on the platform.

12.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all td9999 players within their account settings at all times:

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account — excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity — will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 30 business days.

13.3 Termination by Player

15.2 Entire Agreement
